Dr. Rachel Cuadros is a native Chicagoan earning her B.S. and Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana. She was selected to the Honorary Dental Restorative Group and inducted into the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry, honoring her for her academic excellence and outstanding pediatric care and dedication.

After graduation in 1998, Dr. Cuadros was accepted to the General Practice Residency Program at Northwestern University Memorial Hospital working with various types of medically compromised patients, gaining valuable experience in both inpatient and outpatient care dealing daily with dental emergencies.

Dr. Cuadros has been practicing since 1998 and has had the honor of treating thousands of patients. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society. She enjoys traveling and spending time with 2 her children and husband.

Amy Farrell graduated from Prairie State Dental Hygiene program in 1990. She spent nearly 30 years practicing in Palos Heights yet was thrilled with her transition to Cuadros Dental in 2019. Amy enjoys meeting so many interesting patients and connecting with each at their hygiene visits. She is committed to helping her patients feel comfortable and enjoy their experience at Cuadros Dental. She and her family of five enjoy attending sporting events and traveling in addition to baking and taking long walks!

Tricia graduated from Prairie State dental hygiene school in 2000. She has never stopped learning and researching and loves educating her patients. Her favorite part of her work day is making good connections with each patient and making sure they have a thorough yet comfortable cleaning. She loves being a part of the Cuadros Dental team and the fantastic team dynamic they all share. In her free time Tricia loves spending time with her family. They love to travel, have movie nights, and watch a lot of baseball! 

Andrea graduated from PSC in 1998 and has practiced throughout Chicagoland.

Working at the private practice of Dr. Cuadros allows for the excellence that patient centered care delivers.

Continuing education includes Maxi-course certification in implantology, advanced periodontal program at JP Institute, nutrition, systemic and oral diseases, laser and CPR certification.

Andrea enjoys improvement projects on her home in Tinley Park and spending time with her family.  Her hobbies include reading, kayaking, golf, traveling, painting and gardening.

Lisa Deabel has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Benedictine University, previous experience in the Veterinary field, and Clinical Research experience at Rush University, Loyola Medical Center, and LaGrange Hospital. “Working in the dental field has expanded my knowledge, growth in the healthcare field, and care and respect for dentistry.”

Lisa is married with two children and a family dog. She enjoys biking and hiking and volunteers for her children’s schools and activities.

Crystal has been working in the field of General Dentistry since 2000. She is passionate about making every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their dental treatment.

Outside of the office, Crystal is a proud mother of three girls and one boy, and a loving Grammy to three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, shopping, thrifting, and—most of all—spending time with her family.

Nicole is a dedicated dental professional who graduated from Dental Assisting School in 2021. She currently serves as both a Patient Coordinator and Dental Assistant, where she combines strong clinical skills with excellent patient care and communication. Nicole is continuing her education at Moraine Valley Community College, pursuing a career in Dental Hygiene to further expand her expertise and passion for oral health.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her family. She also loves going on long walks and expressing her creativity through painting.

Jessica has been a dental assistant since 2020, beginning her career while still in high school just after the COVID-19 pandemic. She is passionate about providing excellent patient care and is currently pursuing her goal of becoming a dental hygienist.

Originally from New Lenox, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, Sophie and Kevin. Outside of the office, she loves going on walks, working out, and traveling—especially to Michigan and Florida.

I'm proud to be a part of Dr. Cuadros' dental team, where I have the opportunity to support patients and provide care in a welcoming, professional environment. Working alongside Dr. Cuadros is an honor, and I’m grateful to contribute to a practice that values compassion and quality care.

Currently, I'm furthering my education in dental hygiene at Prairie State College with the goal of expanding my role in the dental field and continuing to grow in my career. Outside of the office, I am passionate about fitness and wellness. I also cherish quality time with my friends and family — they keep me grounded and inspired. My goal is to bring the same positive energy and care I value in my personal life into the work I do with our patients every day.
